Rate Details

Rates include daily housekeeping service, concierge, ski storage, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet.
Applicable taxes apply, including 9.8% Vail lodging tax.
Rates and minimum nights apply and are subject to change.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy Holiday Season I & II

Deposit of 50% of total room charge, including tax, due at the time of booking for the Holiday I and II seasons and final by November 1, 2018.
Cancellations made before November 1, 2018will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Cancellations made after November 1, 2018 will forfeit all monies on account. We will refund any nights resold given the rate we were able to resell them.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy Rest of the Season

Deposit of one night plus tax at the time of booking and final due within 45 days of arrival
Cancellations made prior to 45 days of arrival will forfeit a one night deposit. Cancellations made within 45 of arrival will forfeit all monies on account.

Parking

Solaris offers heated, underground parking. Guests of Solaris receive a discounted overnight parking rate of $50 per vehicle/per night. Subject to change.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at Solaris.
